October 1 through April 30 $3800/mo
- Minimum stay is 30 days
- 50% deposit to reserve which is 80% refundable up to 46 days prior to check in
- Balance due 45 days before arrival at which time total amount is non refundable
- Security deposit equal to 50% of reservation. Security deposit will be refunded to guest within 10 days of check-out.
- Cleaning Fee (non-refundable) - $150
- Check-in/Check-out times determined at completion of contract
